TEAM STUDIO MOVE TO HINCHINBROOKE BUSINESS PARK
Acting on behalf of Gold 12 Property Plus LP, a fund managed by commercial property investment specialist, Pinder Fry & Benjamin LLP, Barker Storey Matthews has negotiated the letting of 5,250 sq ft of high quality office space to IT solutions provider, Teamstudio Europe Ltd (“Teamstudio”).
The 5,250 sq ft of office space forms Unit 8 of the prestigious Ramsay Court development, located on the Hinchingbrooke Business Park, close to the Marriott Hotel in Huntingdon. Hinchingbrooke Business Park was built by Cheshire-based Gladman Developments.
Team Studio, who are currently based at Wennington near Abbots Ripton, hope to take occupation of Unit 8 Ramsay Court in February following extensive fit-out of the space.
This latest letting brings the total amount of space let or sold at Ramsay Court to 26,250 sq ft, equivalent to 60% of the total floor space of the development. The building has already attracted occupiers, such as BAE Systems, Prater Holdings, Diamond Lifestyle, White Young Green and Cellexus Biosystems.
Alan Matthews of Barker Storey Matthews, who managed the letting with joint-agents Budworth Hardcastle from Peterborough, commented, “We are delighted to have concluded terms with Teamstudio and this letting is the last of the larger units at Ramsay Court.”
Michael Downey of Roche Chartered Surveyors who acted on behalf of Teamstudio in acquiring the property added: “Ramsay Court provides the next step for Teamstudio, the acquisition of a new Head Office will facilitate the continued growth of the business in the UK.”
