Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office, acting on behalf of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership have arranged for the letting of Unit 3 within the Ermine Centre upon Huntingdon’s Ermine Business Park.

The building taken comprises of a 17,500 sq ft warehouse building with frontal two-storey offices. New occupiers are Advanced Hardware Ltd, who have relocated from the nearby Cardinal Park development in Godmanchester.

Advanced Hardware is a supplier of quality European and Far Eastern hardware fittings to the UK door and window market. The company grew 35% in 2007 and are delighted to be moving to such a prestigious location.

Barker Storey Matthews have now been instructed to market Advanced Hardware’s former premises which comprises of modern warehouse building in a prominent position with its own self-contained car park, extending to approximately 7,860 sq ft.
